Okay there seems to be a problem getting onto some blogs. I had trouble this afternoon but i did notice Sitemeter was having some problems.
Anyway as a temporary measure i have taken it off the site and it appears to be loading correctly now.
I have it on questionable ?? authority that their server is fried and they dont have weekend staff so if you are having problems, go into your settings and remove the Java appelet from your site.
