Canadian Utility bills

Last night i was setting up the utilities for when we move over to Canada, what a nightmare but it was also a big learning experience. I think most of the problems was with our weird address but its all sorted now apart from the Electric, apparently the company needs 2 forms of canadian id so i cant do that till we get over there and i get the work permit. If anyone needs any advice on this,drop me a line and i'll share my very limited knowlege.
