As you all know we have been looking at houses recently and its not been easy. We have decided to stay in Raymond but we need something a little smaller. The rental we are in now is just way too big and a lot of rooms just aren't being used.
Well we found one, we chose a newly renovated 5 bedroomed bungalow, put in an offer and got it accepted, all we had to do now was find someone to build us a garage. It seemed as though no-one wanted the business, one said he couldn’t give us a quote till July. Anyway its all done now, its been a busy few days, all we have to do now is sit back and wait.

hmm, the house looks small on the outside but a lot bigger and very clean on the inside.

ReplyDeleteIts one of the reasons we chose it, remember there is only Jan, Luke and Gizmo most of the time, and the house itilizes the space really well.
The kitchen is huge, the lounge and diner is cozy and the bedrooms are a good size.
Down in the basement there is a huge bedroom for Luke, separate bathroom and the den is just right, especially with that wood burner.
The garden is also huge, and that was really important for us, the only thing missing was the garage and now thats sorted, we found someone to build us one.
It works for us 8¬)
