prety sure the sat radio antenna will work from inside the freightliner. i put mine on a quick release cb antenna mount and i clamped it to a metal bracket at the top of one of the cabinets. on the inside. it works pretty well.
That's a pretty good picture your getting there. As mentioned, you need a tripod for some moving video's. Weigh scales and border crossings would be interesting!!

Havent had time to test the new isea properely yet.
