Its come to my attention that some people out there are concerned about a issue concerning truck drivers immigrating to Canada and applying for Canadian citizenship.
The requirement is regarding days you have spent actually on Canadian soil so the days spent driving in the USA wold not count. This would mean you would never actually manage to accumlate the required amount of days.
I spoke to VRV Global this morning and was told the folowing:
1. You must declare all days spent out of Canada (for whatever reason)
2. Days spent out of country will only count if you can prove that you were working on behalf of a Canadian Company at the time.
KEEP ALL OF YOUR LOGBOOKS

ReplyDeleteDunno, but keep them anyway, they dont take up much room.
