Very quick post

Just a quick post to say sorry for the lack of posting, ive been pushing out the miles lately but should be in town in the next few days when posts will be posted, emails answered, phone cals made and hopefully everything up to date.

If you have emailed lately, asked questions or just left comments on the blog, please accept my sinsere apologies, i havent forgotten about you but please be patient.

    Lyndonn, no need of sorry. we can understand how tough a life you have in trucking. So lack of posting is not a big issue. Anyway happy trucking and looking forward for more posts.

    Glad to see that you are ok.
    Was getting abit worried about you as this seems to be the longest time before you updated your blog.
    I was thinking about going into rehab as i was almost going cold turkey.
    Look forward to reading your update. Do'nt do to many miles save some for the rest of us for when we get out there.

    My first advice would be dress warm and try a Tim Hortons donut, Boston Cremes are nice.

    Seriously though, my blog is a day to day account and things i have found out along the way are all in there.

    There are a million and one things so if you fire a few questions at me via email i will work through them, be patient though im a little snowed under at the moment.
