Okay heres a follow on from the last post, the driver's side window was iced up again on the inside so i had a great idea, wipe it down with windex and get rid of the ice.
Took the windex out of the door pocket (yes the door pocket so this was inside the cab) and tried to squirt the windows.
The windex wouldnt squirt and heres why !!

That would freeze the barnacles off the hull of the Titanic.

Now that does look interesting, i didnt see any of that as i came out of Rapid City and went east on the highway which is built across the flatter part, i guess that makes sence as you wouldnt build a highway through the rougher part.

The badlands for me were better than the grand canyon!!!
ReplyDeleteYou can see plenty of missle silo's if you keep your eye's open when driving East/West in the Northern part of ND.
Just look for a fenced off area about 200/300 metres from the road and sometimes they will have a house built on it with no windows and a single car garage.
These are "minutemen" ICBM missle silo's!!!!(hundreds of them!!)
Some are empty due to the peace treaty with the "Russkies" but some still have the BIG BANGER inside!!!
