This has got to stop.....................
Woke up this morning nice and early, full of good intentions, i was going to have a shower, pre-trip the chariot and have a chocolate slim fast shake.
Got dressed, pre tripped 3045 & 113555 (the trailer)............so far so good.
Went and got a shower.......................its still good.
Walked passed the restaurant............................oh bugger!
Went in and sat down.................................Oh double bugger!
Ordered breakfast buffet an a coffee............................oh bugger the diet!
Finished off with pancakes and maple syrup.
Please God why didnt you bless me with will power ?????
Oh well eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we diet...................famous quote i think.
Will power is overrated - a big brealfast isn't!!!

Also its about me showing off a little as i have lost a stone and a half since i have been here and it feels great.
i tend to wear lumberjack shirts, jeans, sneakers and a black "Aerosmith" baseball cap these days.

Good on ya for loosing the weight! mine seems to be going up, and we haven't even started buying all the Christmas nibles yet!
