Where on earth do i get these titles from eh?
Well got up early this morning, showered, breakfasted and off we roar like a speeding red and white bullet, peircing the crisp cold Nevada night, always onward, never stopping (except for diesel and corn-dogs)
We made Donna's Pass as Dawn was breaking and then on to Tracy.....................................

Okay back to the story, oh hang i missed a bit....................
Yesterday i ordered a "Big Dog" and learned some more Americanish, the woman behind the counter told me i had to call it a "Hog In A Quilt" or a "Pig In A Blanket" i took a picture of it so i hope understand what she meant, i put my cell phone next to it so you can guage the size.
Okay now back to the story. Blah blah blah, thru Donna's Pass, down thru Sacremento and on to Tracy, swung off the highway and at the moment i am sat on the door being unloaded.
As soon as i am done im off to Blue Beacon for a wash out (thats the trailer not me), fuel up at Lodi then park up at Ripon Flying J and i got the rest of the day off, whats left of it.
Tomorrow i reload at Safeway in Merced then Safeway at West Sacremento then its back north to the snow and cold.
Isnt 3045 a mucky girl, heres a dirty photo of my truck LOL.

What's the score with extra spots. The lights on those trucks look rubbish. How come you never see any trucks with some nice light bars on them? It seems you sure could do with them at 0330 in the morning going down a quiet mountain road. Have you seen Trinity Transports Freightliners, they are fitted with real cool moose bars. They look the business.
Nah, i think 3045 looks lovely just the way she is, completely natural, i wouldnt have her any other way..............

ReplyDeleteSo what is the legal situation with regard to lightbars then? Are you allowed them? If so, I'm going to fork out on one, after all it is better for safety, and as it's work related I can claim the money back!!
