back loads to Lethbridge

Okay the next part of this blog is all out of sync coz i forgot to take my laptop charger home and coudnt access some photos.

Okay the story goes back to last week and if i remember correctly i had been fighting with the snow chains and thats where it all ended.

So this is what happened next....................

Got down to to San Jose and made the delivery, trouble was i couldnt get my backload till the next day so i drove down to the Pilot in Salinas, it was packed solid, no chance of parking so i drove to the next shipper hoping to park in their yard. They said no way Jose so i drove round the corner and parked on the road.

Next morning i went back round there and waited about 4 hours for a quarter of a pallet, then whisked round to the next shipper and waited there ages, finally got away at about 10:00 and headed north as far as i could, parked up in Winnemucca and went to sleep.

Next day i drove to the Emigrant trail (which i wrote about) and the next day i got to Lethbridge..........................job done
