Breakfast in Winnipeg

Woke up this morning and thought, nice day today, then pulled back he curtain and thought "ugh".
Cold, snow on the ground and snow in the air, welcome to Winterypeg.

Theres only one cure known to mankind for the wintery blues, so off i toddle to the flying J showers then into the restaurant for a breakfast buffet.

Sausages, canadian bacon, Denver scrambled eggs, toast, hash browns followed by pancakes covered with hot strawberries and a couple of coffees (double double)

Ahhh, life feels good again and walking back to the truck in minus something or other, chill wind blowing thru your hair, lungs full of crisp clean canadian air, jack frost nipping at your nose, oops sorry getting a bit carried away there.
Crisp clean air on a truck park....................................LOL.

Anyway its a nice easy day today, 500 mile jaunt up to Saskatoon and i will stay at the Husky there tonight and on to Edmonton tomorrow to tip this load for Walmart.

Actually i dont feel like doing anything after that breakfast so a 15 minute break is called for, let the food digest then its pedal to the metal again, westward bound.
Jan, if you read this before i phone you............." morning sweetheart".................
